Returns

 

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

 

    1.    The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

    2.    Any items that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for return.

    3.    Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

 

Return Process

 

    1.    Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at infoconfess@gmail.com or use our return guide within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

    2.    Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

    3.    Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    4.    Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

 

*For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal items like earrings, underwear, and socks, and we don't accept non-conforming returns.

 

Refunds

 

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within [insert number] days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We do refund only. we ask you to please return the piece concerned and re-order the item(s).

Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

 

    •    Gift cards

    •    Downloadable software products

    •    Items on sale or clearance

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please:  

 

    1.    Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

    2.    Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    3.    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [insert email].

Your order can be delivered in several packages. Returns can be made in one and the same parcel, provided that all associated delivery notes are added.

Returning items by post is done in two steps:

You initially have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return an item. During this period, you must exercise your right of withdrawal by emailing our customer service or go to refund guide.

Then you can take your parcel to one of the nearest drop-off locations within a maximum of 15 days and keep your proof of deposit in order to track the return of your order.

You will only be reimbursed for items that are new, unworn and clean. The item must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the clothing label. You will be refunded within a maximum of 4 to 10 days of your parcel being received at our warehouse, via the original payment method.
